The End of An Era...

After 8 years of sharing with you what we like to think were the best middle eastern/levantine flavours in Perth, it’s time for a new chapter at Propeller. With the supremely talented Kurt Sampson stepping away to pursue a project of his own (although he’ll continue to hold the reins at Guildhall for now) it’s a natural time to close the doors on Propeller…but stay tuned for a new concept on the site.

A massive thank you to each and every one of our customers who have munched on a manoushe, googled menu names surreptitiously under the table, applauded our chefs and put a smile on the faces of our front of house team. You made Propeller!

With our last day of trade Sunday 2nd April we’d love to welcome you back one last time to say farewell to what has been a fabulous journey.
